HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date or after a maximum of two washes, whichever comes first. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to our shirts and does not include any other products in our collection.

  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at returns@kdn2designs.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item you wish to return.

3. Approval and Instructions:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.

4. Secure Packaging:

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a secure, sturdy box. Ensure that all tags and labels are intact.

5. Choose UPS Worldwide:

  • We've partnered with UPS Worldwide for a reliable and efficient return shipping process. Visit your local UPS center or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

7. Tracking Your Return:

  • Keep a copy of the return tracking number for your records. This will help you monitor the return's progress back to our facility.

8. Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time.
